My stay at the hotel was exactly what I expected. The rooms were well-serviced, extremely clean, and I couldn't fault anything about the stay. However, there was a small mix-up with the room type I booked. The location is fantastic, situated between Lord Street and the Promenade, making it convenient for exploring the area. The dining experience was satisfying with delicious options available. Overall, a great stay with a minor hiccup in room booking communication.

The hotel is in a great location, just off Lord Street and close to the Marine Lake but away from the noise. The rooms were a bit disappointing, with little pressure in the electric shower and a non-flushing toilet. However, the dining experience was lovely with plenty of tasty options. The proprietor was exceptional, which added to the positive experience.
